Reward?

So as part of my child development class, we have been discussing reinforcements (pretty much a reward for doing something good.) I decided it would be fit to give myself a reinforcement tonight after getting an A on that test. So what do I do?

Ya Ya Ya...I'm smart and I know it

Well...i'm very humble too! I am just in a braggin mood today....BECAUSE. I had a child development test that I forgot I had to take. It closed today and I only had a 30 minute window that I could take it without missing any of my other classes. So I rannnnn to the testing center and grabbed my test. I filled out 75 questions in 25 minutes. When I walked out I saw my score.........
98%
BOOYAH!
I think this is the best system. No studying. Just stress and pressure. It makes your brain stress and push out the information you know haha. This is now my new approach to test taking...
ok, well maybe not really.
But I'm still super proud of myself. I will now be accepting high fives and pats on the back. Cash, major credit cards, gifts, food, etc will also be accepted.

One of those days...

So Monday's are always hard for me cause its right after the weekend and I don't have any classes until 5 PM. Soooo. Today I was just chilling, doing hw, etc. I finally got done and laid down to relax for a little while. Finally at 6:30 I pop out of bed and realize that I completely missed my class. I didn't even realize that I had a class today. Mondays still feel like the weekend to me. Crap :/

I've been so obsessed with this new band called FUN. I cannot stop listening to them. Definitely my new favorite. I'm going to their concert in SLC on March 31st and I simply cannot wait <3

Well....

Well today I got a second calling. My first one was indexing. Now I am also the ward librarian. So I went and got all trained and stuff. It was pretty fun I guess. I got to sit in a quiet library for a little while. Anyway...Tomorrow i'm starting an intense workout. I will look good by the time I move home! Ya! Go me! haha Its late and I'm saying stupid things..i just need to go to bed

Let's See...Let's See....

Soo...today I went to the testing center. They always ask you "What are you allowed to use on the test?" and you say "Nothing" and they say "Good. Good luck." Well today...I went in and the girl goes "What are you allowed to use on the test?" I'm like "Nothing." and she goes "Yup. Except your brain and prayer!" hahahaha. I mean, I know prayer is not a laughing matter. But the way that she said it I couldn't help but laugh. She definitely lightened the mood. It made my day. Then I was driving home, and there was a huge snow storm....there was this kid on crutches trying to get home from the temple. So he was in his suit, there were winds up to like 80 mph, it was only like 11 degrees, and it was snowing. So I stopped and offered him a ride. He was so grateful and got in the car. He actually ended up being pretty cute...so that was a bonus. Anyway...When I was driving him home I tried telling him about what the girl said. He didn't laugh...anywayyyyy. It was pretty sweet though cause he said he would have to make it up to me. Then got my #. Happy day :)

Ummm?

Not much that funny has happened in the past few days. Me and Alex have been addicted to this show on animal planet called "Infested". Its pretty scary actually. Its about all these houses that are infested with vermin...
Today we watched and episode. It was about this couple in REXBURG, Idaho.
#1. We looked up the lady on Facebook and she totally lives here and goes to BYUI.
#2. We are going to look for the house tomorrow. We gotta see this for ourselves. Supposively the house is vacant. So we are going to go hunt there :) Yay!
So weird...

Awkward Moment...

So....Someone please tell me that someone else has had this experience in college?
When you're walking up the stairs with your clean laundry in a basket...and some guy comes running up behind you and says "Umm. Excuse me, Ma'am?....You dropped your underwear in the snow back there..."
Ughhh. Of course it had to happen to me...

Alex's Wild Ride...

Today's awesomeness starts out with my friend named Alex. I was late for my tutor appointment by the time I had gotten out of class. I had forgotten my book that I needed for the appointment, but I didn't have time to walk up to my apartment. I called my friend Alex to see if he could drive me up there. He came and picked me up....Little did he know what he was getting himself into. 
On the way up to the apartment I grabbed an open granola bar and asked him if I could have it (I hadn't eaten all day). So I started chowing down and immediately became ill...Something was seriously not right about this bar. I quickly rolled down the window...and threw up on the side of his car. Yes, I know it is gross, okay? 
Alex had a liquid air freshener that had spilled and the granola bar soaked it all up. The taste was horrid. We were still 1/4 mile away from my apartment and I was still gagging. Alex (kindly) asked me if I would leave my head out the window just in case. 
When we got to my apartment I ran upstairs to get my book and water to wash my mouth out with. When I came back down, Alex was using his ice scraper brush to get the puke off the side of his car.......
I feel like we parted our way as unlikely friends...But we shall see. I guess the true test of friendship is when you barf on their car and the person still talks to you.

Welcome to my new blog! I just decided that my life is so CRAZY that it needs it's own blog, no i'm not selfish! 
My plan is to post in this blog at least every day! So hopefully it will be all filled up. I feel like most events in my life are pretty hilarious...Or at least I think so...So hopefully reading this blog will bring a smile to your face :)
